After the sun had dozed to sleep,
A little sparkle let off a beep.
And I swear it’s not a lie,
I saw some fairies flying high.
Their eyes were bright and blue,
And their skirts were pink and new.
Their hair shone against the moon,
Like a big sparkly balloon.
My eyes became big,
It was as engaging as a pig.
This is something I had never seen before,
I really wanted to see this more.
As it got later throughout the night,
The fairies decided to flight.
So my eyes slowly dragged down,
To find myself again on the cold hard ground.
