Spiralling and swirling
Twisting and twirling
Flames lick at thatched roofs
The rhythmic beat of frantic hooves.
Roaring and clawing
Ripping and flipping
The arrow hit home
Its life has flown.
Now it lies in hallowed halls
Broken and crumbling are its walls
Gone are its days of terrorising
The people of the village are realising
That they shall be cursed forevermore
For they caused the end of dragon-lore.
