Swish Swish went the trees. I’m listening to the wind while I’m climbing the tall mountains. Wind blowing in my face. I’m getting very tired climbing
against the wind.
As I walk down the mountains to the lovely water banks, I pause to look
around and I sit on a fallen down tree. I can see the reflections of the snow capped mountains in the crystal clear water. I can see bright yellow daisies
in the dark green grass. The daisies are as bright as a bee. I feel so
amazed seeing the bright yellow daisies.
I get up from where I am sitting and I walk calmly through the forest. I hear all the whistling wind and water splashing as people go canoeing in the
river. I can also hear the fire crackling. I just love being here. It’s so
peaceful.
As I walk from the water to the fire, the wind is as wild as a bull. I feel so warm walking around the fire. I am trying to warm up from the cold water.
The fire makes me feel warm and cosy on the inside and outside.
I love being here during winter. It’s so peaceful and I just feel so calm. I see lots of native wildlife and it makes me happy and amazed. I never want to
leave but unfortunately I have to.
