Faery

A faery reaching up to the sky
On her tippy toes so high
There are lovely stars she has found
To put on her wand on the ground

With a twinkle in her eye
The faery will surely be able to fly
With her wings spread out and her amazing grace
She shoots up to the clouds and shouts out as her heart pounds
Floating in mid-air she listens
As her voice slowly glistens into a whisper

When she decides to dive
She plummets to the ground
Leaving the sky behind
As she stands, a smile emerges on the her face
Looking around she is happy to be in moons embrace
