Do you ever feel like one wrong move could ruin your life?
After one wrong move everyone could hate your forever
Family, friends, work mates and mangers
No one left in your corner just because you were different
Just because you don’t want to be like the rest of the crowd
Because you didn’t want to be a follower you got punished
You lost everything for not doing what they wanted
Does it ever feel like you’re not strong enough for the next step?
But you still ended up taking it anyway
And after that you didn’t know what to do
You feel like an ant in a world of lions
Like you didn’t have anything left but a world of darkness
That darkness is something that you can’t stop
It is something that just keeps coming and coming
But if you stay strong and go and find the light
You can tell yourself you’re going to be okay and be able to get through it
