Walking On Air

I walk on a tightrope
Too scared to fall
So I don’t take a step
I don’t do anything at all
You’re the wind that blows past me
You dance and you leap
You put me off-balance
I wish I could breath
I can’t look down
At the thorns lying beneath
But all you see
Are the roses and leaves
I wish I was you
But instead I'm me
So I just have to make do
And fly
