Thousands have perished during these dark times,
But only the strongest remained alive,
The one who fought evil and its crimes,
He awaited the day they would shrive.
All across the world, his name was known
Many thought he belonged on the throne
Every time he was asked, he declined
His royal contract was left unsigned
He travelled the world and met the people,
He never rested to bring joy to them,
Secretly on the quest to find the gem.
The gem was his objective since the start,
But no matter how hard he searched for it
He would always miss by just a bit.
