Back In The Days

Back in the days,
When being rich wasn't a craze,
When criminals and poverty were slight,
When people believed in love at first sight,
Where everyone was grateful and ALWAYS faithful,
Where there was always equality,
And trusting was a quality,
When discrimination didn't exist,
When bad people wouldn't just be “DISMISSED”,
When being nice wasn't just for show,
When people had nothing to owe.
Now come back from the flashback,
And let's all stop being so slack,
This modernised world can not compare,
Because here, good hearts are very rare,
Oh, those were the glory days!
