She had a side of her so black, the sun couldn’t make her luminesce.
A side so numbing; it can’t burn.
A moon so flawed, yet it’s the artefact that glimmers at night.
Like the moon, she beams when sighted.
The sun watches her throughout the day, however, the moon knows all her secrets and imperfections at night.
Everybody chases the stars and disregards the moon.
They choose to ignore the most gorgeous orbit of the night.
