Screaming, shouting, crying
No where to hide
The endless fear, mortified
Veins trembling, collapsing, Heart paralysed
Adrenaline overused, traumatised
Mouth dry as a desert
Dead on the floor, Graves of flesh
Last breath of regret, Nauseating scent of blood
Lifeless child, robbed of their promising future
Bombs, shaking the earth to its core
Planes flying in the sky, Where flocks of birds once used to fly,
Boats, navigating the stormy oceansAbsence of the calming waves,
Shooting, a rain of bullets,
Hands stained in blood.
