There was nothing left to do but stare at the four white walls that surrounded him. He would do anything to pass the time, slowly going insane, thinking about absurd meanings from the wall's blank stare, which had started to chip off as time passed or had been scraped off by other prisoners. I sit and think about it. I need to get out of here as soon as possible. I need to find a solution; I try to think but can't. Nothing comes to mind for me. I try but fail to recall the world outside these bars. I try to remember my loved ones but am unable to do so; however, I do recall only two things: my name, Oscar, and the year 1979.
