Under My Bed

Under my bed where peculiar things roam,
Tabby cats in handstands and walking, talking, bright red gnomes,
Under my bed where vivid creatures flourish,
Where the Naponda lives which is like a polished green starfish,
Under my bed where menacing monsters tramp,
One has 10 piercing yellow eyes and lives in a tent, but not like one you’d see at a camp,
Under my bed where nature is an important key,
Curling vines of all colours trying to crawl free,
Under my bed where there’s a whole new world,
Where it continues to rise and is beautifully pearled...
