I am not sorry anymore
Never will an apology
be whispered
or bellowed out my lips
I am no longer liable
For your mistakes or how I handled them.
You grappled for me
And then walked away
Leaving me wondering where I went wrong
and begging for you to come back.
I tried to leave the thoughts of you behind
to find peace far from you
but the magnets you left in my heart
Repelled.
Is it all because you got what you wanted?
Or because I wouldn’t give you anymore
