The crowds are always mumbling, glancing and whispering,
Treating others differently, terribly, unbearably,
Why don’t we all just accept everyone?
Asian, Middle Eastern, African, anyone!
When will this all stop? All this nonsense is infuriating,
Offending your whole culture by someone is humiliating,
Why can’t we all share equality and live in a world of peace?
Protests, protests, getting stopped by police
All these cultural differences are causing big problems
Just being able to accept them is the easiest way to solve them,
Let’s just share our rights and all join together,
But to everyone violence just always seems to be the answer
We can’t keep going on this way,
But no matter how many times we’ll hear people say
“We have gained the acceptance and peace of some”
It always ends with the same outcome.
