I Am A Romantic

I am a romantic.
Wordsworth and Coleridge can't compare to me.
I keep every flower,
every note I'm given
I take note of the smell of the morning air on my walk to school
I tell people I love them,
to make sure they know
I write poems in my head and I know they're no good
but I like the way they sound when I say them out loud
And I know I'm not radiant or particularly exciting,
but I sure do think a lot
And I think I am a romantic.
