The constant feelings of uneasiness and uncertainty,
The constant tight, shrinking sensation in your chest and stomach
The constant feeling that you aren’t worthy
That everyone is above you and you are all the way at the bottom, deep, deep below

The fiery burning ball of anger grows within you and soon enough,
It explodes, like a volcano, erupting all the pressure and lava out of it.
You can’t take the chit-chatting and whispering behind your back anymore,
And the words that stab you deep in your heart, never healing

The lock on your heart, on the happiness and joys of life is not forever
That special person has the key to unlock those and to bring the delight and glee back into you,
They have what you need to help you get back on your feet and get back into the world, brighter than ever.
The tears only make you braver, heartbreak makes you wiser, and pain is what makes you stronger…
Be proud of who you are.
