Like a gentle breeze on a hot summers day
There is a person who I adore
She is always there for me come what may,
As a friend, I could not ask for more.

Her heart is beautiful and full of light.
Like sunshine on a cloudy day.
Her laughter and her smile delight.
The joy she gives I can't repay.

She comments on me when I'm sad.
She lights me up in the dark night.
I can't resist being mad.
Adding sunshine to my life.

Like a rainbow after a stormy day
She always forgives and shines through
The sun reappears, and the clouds drift away.
Because I can't live without you
