Flowers arise
Food for the eyes
The beauty and splendour
Is a nice heart mender
There’s red, blue, and green
Such a sight to be seen
Lay in natures bed
Not beautiful is unsaid
The sun shining through
All the flowers that grew
Birds chip and whistle
Even if there's a thistle
But when the dark comes
It goes sad like the slums
Day still comes to arise
So beauty complies
