Earth Is Dying

The sky is grey
The land is bare
The animals are dying and no one cares
The oceans are full with plastic and oil
And all we do is bury it in the soil
The ice is melting
The trees are getting chopped
But the industry won't just stop
The buildings get bigger and bigger
The air gets thinner and thinner
Yet us greedy humans only care for our dinner
After all the coal and fossil fuels are gone
What do we do then, no one knows
The earth is overheating
Yet it is still cold
No one has the heart to leave the earth alone.
