A little miracle

As white as snow,
A warming glow,
As smooth as silk,
As warm as milk,
As red as a rose,
With cute little toes,
With just one tickle,
A sweet little giggle,
Looking up at their mother,
Enormously envied by their brother,
Cheerful and active,
So very attractive,
They can be a handful of trouble,
But don’t say much, they only mumble,
A sweet little baby is what they are,
Better than anything else by far,
A beautiful little miracle is born,
As bright as a new cob of corn.
