GARDENING
A seed is planted
The spray of water bursts from the hose
The hot sun beats down on the dampened ground
Suddenly the seed comes to life
Tiny delicate roots start to develop
The bean shoot finally bursts through the earth
The soil is kept moist, the vine climbs the fence
The bean vine matures and small white blossoms appear
The flowers die and beans slowly form
When they are ready they are picked
The vine then dies
And goes back to the earth
Replenishing the soil
So another seed can grow.
