Two children
One dark, one light
Sharing an unspoken bond
Only aware of themselves
Studying one another’s features
Golden smiles like a glint of sun
Transcending different cultures
Jet black, tightly knitted curls and blonde tipped waves
Chocolate skin and luminescent cheeks
Melting brown eyes
Gradually meet
Eyes of azure
Transfixed
Two children
One dark, one light
Still share an unspoken bond
