Take Time

Have you ever noticed the green meadows?
Or looked at the white lilies?
Have you ever seen the brown doe?
Or the chestnut fillies?
Did you ever recognize the babbling brook?
And gape at its beauty?
Did you think this was all a fairytale book?
And all this splendour you was just a dream?
Do you rush through the day and not take time to breathe?
Or shut yourself in your own world,
And not take time for every opportunity?
Relax and breathe in the fresh air,
Close your eyes and listen to the sounds around you.
For a moment forget all your work, duties and cares,
Take time to look at this world in which everything you do.
