A Horse Of Mine

I once had a horse
She was all cute and fluffy
She was quiet and sweet
And I wanted to call her Buffy
She would gallop around the paddock
She would gallop any where
It wouldn’t worry her any day
She wouldn’t even care
I loved her while she lasted
But she wasn’t my favourite to ride
When my parents called me to ride her
I would try to run and hide
I soon got over that
My sister decided to ride her
Because she was going waste
And her coat was full of burr
She was an excellent horse
Good was a word indeed
She was naughty at times
She got more that what she would need
I soon got to like her
As a lovely princess
I don’t mind her anymore
For she was a true princess
Then her time nearly ended
So we gave her to some friends
Who thought they could fix her
But along came angels who are now her friends
