A Dripping Desert

In the hot desert
A shadow way up high
A large gush of wind
An eagle in the sky
I climb up a hill
A corner of my eye
I see a still rock
Where a lizard could die
A fright came to me
I heard a weird noise
I looked the wrong way
Then it jumped on me
I fall to the ground
And then I start frowning
In water I wake
Suddenly I’m drowning
