Earth's Afterlife

She watched the world beneath her once more. She stared at the dying people, the suffering people with saddened eyes. They deserve to suffer, and die the death she died, she thought, why, why then is she feeling sorry for them. She couldn't bear to have fun in her afterlife any more. She had forced herself to believe that she had no feelings for the human race any more, but her heart and soul told her secretly that she was wrong, for not all the human race were guilty in polluting the world and killing her. If only they hadn't been so selfish and one-minded! They all could've lived the happily ever after, even her herself could've as well. When she was alive she felt like a slave to the human race, but now she felt like she needed to be their hero. Afterlives were supposed to be carefree. Well, that was what was said throughout the generations. She was just going to have to live through the millions of days and nights and stand up to the confronting and hideous world beneath her. How could this have happened? For so many years in her past life she had been free of pain. The human race was nice to her back in the old and ancient times where she was admired and praised for what she provided. Now, people were not at all that kind to her, no, instead they took things and never thanked her for them. She wished her sister was here to comfort her, even though it is bad luck to want a relative to die and visit you, she didn't care at all, and, in thinking that, Earth drifted off to a deep and pain free sleep full of peaceful thoughts.
