Was the world always like this?
Expressions of the grim?
Distant smiling faces but sorrow that they sing.
Nothing left to give but the anger that depicts.
The soul is growing weary of deaths same old tricks.
I see these faces asking for just one more chance at life.
But wishes i'm done granting. It's time to pay the price.
Not letting regret take over, as I must get the job done.
Don't worry where you're going pain there is none.
See their lifeless eyes, they're usually like this.
Flaring little films of what they didn't wish.
So here they are in my arms, waiting to rise up.
And yet their faces change to suprise as they descend along the dusk.
The pain that they caused for others is of greater risk.
Heavens gates wont open for their lifes black persists.
