Kidnapped

I screamed. I turned around and broke into a run. “HELP!” I was screaming. “SOMEONE PLEASE SAVE ME!” He was gaining on me. I tripped. I cried out in frustration. He was now hovering above me. He was breathing on my neck. “Got you now!” He grabbed my arm and pulled me into the backseat of his car. He reached into his pocket and took something out. It glistened in the moonlight. Oh my god I realised. It’s a gun! He walked over to the passenger side and swiftly grabbed some rope and tape. He put the tape over my mouth and tied my wrists and ankles together. He grunted something I couldn’t make out. He moved silently to the front door of his car. The engine roared to life. We then shot down the road

While he was driving I took the time to look upon what just happened. I was walking down Maddison Street and I had just been out night clubbing with my mates. I vaguely remembering it was around 11:00 PM and then a strong, built man grabbed me. He turned me around and said Holly! Then I ran and screamed. Then he caught me.

The car screeched to a stop. I opened my eyes. Where was I? I sat up in the car seat and looked out of the window. It was a flat. Suddenly the driver’s door creaked open. He came over to my door and chuckled. I was terrified.

He dragged me out of the car and into the small flat. “Barny!” he bellowed. “I’ve got her” Barny sat up on the couch. He had been sleeping. “Oh look what the cat dragged in” he said smiling gleefully. He shoved me down beside Barny on the ugly brown couch. Whoa, I thought. He stinks! But I didn’t dare say it. The other man whose name I did not know sat down beside me. This was going to be one long night

I woke up on the couch. Both of the men were next to me. I slowly and carefully got up. Barny's eyes fluttered open. Then I bolted out the door.

“Oi!” They both screamed at the both time. But they were no match for me. I ran till I collapsed. I then started crying heavily. I was lost and had nowhere to go.

I looked around. It must be at least 10am. I went into the nearest shop which happened to be a deli. I politely asked if I could use their telephone. ‘Sure!” the old and fragile woman said. I picked up and dialled the familiar number I knew off by heart. “Hi Grandma it’s me Holly” I then started sobbing into the phone.

Grandma had showed up at the deli and held her arms out to me. I cried into her chest. As we were driving to the police station I explained what happened. I then called Mum and Dad. They were both crying as well. We arrived at the police station and we saw that mum and dad beaten us there. They were talking quietly with the chief police office Hugh Black. “Aah Holly” he said as Grandma and I entered the door of the station. “We’ve been waiting for you” I ran to mum and dad and hugged them and we all cried even dad. Hugh Black led me into an interview room. I sat down in a chair. I squirmed uncomfortably. Hugh Black and a couple of other men I didn’t recognise entered the room. They then started asking questions

I exited the room and breathed a sigh of relief. I was in that small room for nearly five hours! We then left the police station.

Later on in the day I was cleaning my apartment when I heard my mobile ring. I picked it up. “Hello?” I said into the phone. “It’s Barny. I’m outside your window on a ladder I’m coming into your room.” I screamed and dropped the phone. I then immediately called triple zero. While I was doing this I walked over and opened my curtains and screamed.

He climbed into my room. “You can never escape me!” he said chuckling he pulled out of his pocket knife. “You come with me and nobody gets hurt” he breathed down my neck. “Ok” I stammered. And then I followed him down the stairs.

“And stop!” the director shouted. Barny let go of me and we walked down the fake scene. “Time for a break guys” said the director. The cast and myself went and got ready for the next scene of Kidnapped-The Movie
