Maths Help Needed

I can’t do addition like 9 and 11
I don’t know subtraction like 99-7
Multiplication I’ve got no idea on what to do
It sounds as if I was born in a zoo
But Division I’m okay at so that’s divine
I’ve started to get a chill down my spine
The hands on clocks are all riggety and raggety
Maybe my brain is all jiggety and jaggety
Please come and help that would be nice
All I need is some really good advice.
