THE TOOTHBRUSH
The bathroom was dark as the middle of the night.I tried to find the white
light switch in the dark. There was a flash because the light had blown.
All of the blue towels were on the ground.I saw them before the light blew.
I sat in a bottle of water.I lookedin the mirror at my reflection. My body is
light blue,my nose is pink and my lips are red.I'm frustrated because I have to
brush my owners teeth every morning and night.
My owner held me around my neck and put a soft blob of white toothpaste on my head.
My head entered his mouth. He started to brush his teeth and gums. There was all left
over food from last night meal ,which was hiding in all the holes.
I thought to myself, '' This man should go to the dentist to get them holes filled.''
The man went to the dentist on Monday morning at eight o'clock. He had two fillings
done on his wisdom teeth. The dentist said,''When you brush your teeth make sure
you get right up the back.''
Monday night when my owner was ready for bed,he went to the bathroom and picked
me up and held me tight. He then picked up the toothpaste and squeezed until a piece the
size of a pea popped out.
His wife asked angrly,''Did you clean your teeth properly''?
The man replied''of course I did .I brushed my teeth exactly the way dentist showed me.
I thought you might have been able to notice because of how shiny they are.
