Standing straight and tall in my hands.
Delivering images and messages of beauty.
It can take you on a journey to a world of magic.
Give you news of love, sorrow, happiness and appreciation.
Sends pictures from your head through your hands onto paper.
Creating drawings of adventure, excitement and danger.
Something so simple that started from a tree,
Can make people laugh, cry, grow and think.
It may be small and barely thought about,
But it is amazing how it can transport thoughts,
Into imagination and magnificent pieces of art
