On rainy days, I sit alone,
and watch the raindrops fall.
I'm not afaid, I am not scared
I doubt I'm even cold.
The water stops, ceases to fall,
And the sun shines through.
A rainbow comes to top it all,
and lets the love shine true.
The grass glistens with shining drops
And up above the mist shimmers.
The air is fresh like starting new
The cobwebs filled with shining dew
The clouds are grey but turning white,
The moon comes out to shed some light.
It is getting dark and it's time for bed,
Time to rest my sleepy head.
