I Am A Unicorn

Crystal blue eyes, velvet ears,
And a rose pink nose,
A curving slope, leading down to a gleaming body,
Covered with a thick blanket of snow white fur,
And tipped with shiny sapphire hooves,
A flickering rainbow tail,
And a pointed golden horn, spirals up, up towards the gentle fantasy of soft orange clouds and creamy marble skies,
As specks of golden fairy dust float down from this marble beauty and emerge silently from the cool night air to land on the soft, gentle sand below, I hear the whinnying of others like me, we are unicorns, strong and loyal.
