A loving nature poem, written full of heart,
Is very hard to compose, even if you're smart.
To write about the shining sun, so bright and full of life,
Is hard because if you wear no sunscreen and you'll be in some stife.
It lights up everything around us during the day,
It's natural and beautiful, astounding in every way.
It shines thorugh my window, very early in the morning,
Like my personal alarm, it induces a fit of yawning.
The sun is responsible for all thinks growing and alive,
To keep the sun a good thing, the world would have to strive.
This brings me to natures other creations here,
It's the water that surrounds us, this water is very dear.
When you think of water, you must think of the beach,
And luckily for us in WA it's easily within our reach.
I love the beach, its scene and its smell,
How long it will be like this, only time will tell.
Things like seaweed, animals and the yellow soft sand,
To save these thinks, everyone needs to lend a hand.
Speaking about nature, we have to include these,
The colourful, the amazing, the must-have trees.
From the fig tree, to the pine and the great oak one too,
They are used to make paper, beds and even a shoe.
Seeing millions of trees killed all the time makes us seethe.
Because as we all know, this is how we breathe.
What is the point of a fine wooden bed?
If there's no trees, we couldn't use it, we'd be dead.
So stop the cutting down of these beautiful things.
Life on Earth is what every single tree brings.
I love the Earth and all things living,
The nature around us just seems to keep giving.
So stand up tall, be proud to say,
We need to save this Earth in every single way.
