Going To The Doctor

I’m trembling I’m scared
It’s worse than a nightmare
I’m allergic to doctors, I can’t go,
This must be a blunder
I bet you his voice is like thunder.

Going to the doctor must be illegal
‘Cos he’ll prick me 20,000 times with a gigantic needle,

I walk through the doctors’ door
I can only look at the floor,

He stands in front of me, furiously.
I sit down in his chair curiously.
Is this his very first time being a doctor this year?
Why isn’t the old friendly one here?

Now he gets out the needle and looks so evil,
He lifts up my arm,I was so alarmed!
He poked me with it,
And amazingly it didn’t hurt one bit!

He was so kind.

Next time my mum's not drag me behind.

At last my medicine is given.

That wasn't so bad,

Next time I see the doctor I'm not going to be such a Chicken!
