Sadness Is ......
When there is no way to fix what you have done.
When there is no-one to talk to.
Seeing someone for the last time.
Knowing your love is not getting caught.
Knowing that your body is full of fear.
Seeing gentle tears on other people you love.
Crying on a family member’s grave stone.
