“Smooth and tender, our precious water.
High as you are, you drift down.
Flows and glides to your destination,
Runs and rushes to your foundation.
Saves the ones that need you most.
Treats them fair and heals their wound.
Those you saved, will not forget,
Your kindness and your humanity.
But why also hurt us in such a way?
Can’t you stay gentle all the way?
Your beauty has turned so ugly.
You steal and kill for what reason?”
“Nothing is answered, this is life.
This is my destiny; it’s how I’m created.
To love, to save, to protect you all
Is one of my jobs, but definitely not all.”
