It just sat there. It looked like a little red treasure chest with black edges and intricate symbols down the sides. It seemed to call to me, urge me to open it. I stared for a moment or two at the little latch on the front. I bend down cautiously, unlatch it, and open the lid. All of a sudden, there was a bright green flash of light, then darkness. Nothing. My life is slipping away, as quickly as water slips through your fingers. I come to a conclusion, there is no life after death, this IS the end.
