Hooves thundering in the distance
The sound of birds fleeing
Cracking of sticks and trees as they approach.
They emerge from the large forest growth
With noses flared and rusty dirt covering their wild untamed bodies.
The ground trembles as they pass
Chunks of earth fly behind their tattered hooves.
One after another again and again rushing past.
They all soon disappear with tails flapping around their hind quarters.
The thundering crash of hooves is still around.
I cant get it out of my head.
