In just four short words
I can’t take anymore
Living with out you
Dreaming of life before
In spite of it all
I still can’t explain
I need you more then ever
But I have caused so much pain
When I close my eyes I see you
I hear you loving voice
And we both know its true
We both know you never had a choice
But when you said goodbye
I sat alone and cried
It feels like you don’t need me
Like I’m a memory of the past
And I never though I would see
How long this friendship could last
But you showed me the power of a friend
You said you were here to the end
And now finally I believe that there is an angle
Watching over us, as we make our mistakes, and begin to dream
Now I understand, even though you gone
That nothing is really what it seems
And through these tears, I hope you see the truth
That I am missing you
All the emptiness inside
just can’t be real…
all the pain I hide
you always seem to heal.
I remember how you listened when I needed a friend
I remember how you encouraged, supported, and loved me
So now I know you really will be here to the very end
