Music In The Country

I'm an Aussie girl from the country side,
Going to the city side.
I hear horns and people yelling,
I hear them left to right.
It hurts my ear.
I come back to hear,
Kookaburras and birds having a fright
Because of an alligator!
I see baby chicks calling for their mothers as hungry as can be,
When they see their mothers thy're happy as can you can see.
I can hear birds humming along as they make their nest,
After they're done they're ready to rest.
At last it is night
Crikets singing
Fireflies lit up the sky
High and high they fly
Good-bye my friends see you tomorrow
Good night mum and dad
I fall asleep ever so slow
Just to hear the cricket on...more...time...
