CARBON FOOTPRINT

Each pounding step forces depression
Into the heart of the world.
Each time it crushes an animal or his habitat.
It strikes fear into some for they feel it will
End the world. And each step you relish is
Like stabbing
Your best friend in the heart.

The world will soon crumble if we don’t
Stop our ways. Everything around you
Will slowly die and disappear. Life will
Slowly ebb away from you.

This is Global Warming
