Teenage Mood Swing

Moods changing again,
Sadness,
Depression,
Frustration,
Anger,
Sadness is the easiest to handle,
No tears, just thinking,
Feeling sorry for being what I am,
Wanting to go back to the old me,
Depression usually follows afterwards,
Tears start rolling down my cheek,
Not sure how to handle things anymore,
It gets way to confusing,
The confused feelings leave me frustrated,
My problems grow bigger each minute,
Where is help when I need it?
One little thing will make me snap,
When I’m angry it’s like a whole new person takes over,
I scare myself by how angry I can get,
Only after my little outburst of rage, I start to calm down,
But once I’m calm, it will all only just start again.
Sadness,
Depression
Frustration,
Anger...
