Waves crashing on the beach, soothing us to sleep;
Saltwater sloshing in the ocean;
Sand between our toes;
Sunshine streaming through the trees, warming our faces;
Voices whispering silent seecrets;
Branches rustling in the wind;
Peacefulness;
Serenity;
Quietly;
Shhh.
