You and I
You are someone
That I met one day
Someone very special
That I will never, ever give away

And even though
We now live apart
You are in heaven
But you are also in my heart

I miss the way that you smiled
When there was a thunder storm
When I looked at that smile
And saw your face transform

You were there for me
When the times were tough
You always made sure
That we always had enough

I will never forget you
And you will never forget me
Love binds us together
And that is our key

The key to my heart
Can be unlocked by only you
But now that your gone
Who will unlock it for you?

No one knows of
My hurt and my pain
Every night I cry out for you
And tears fall down my face
I cry, and I cry,
but I know that it’s no use
You are now gone
And I know that that’s the truth

You are someone
that I met one day
Someone that I’d hoped
That would never go away.
