I get in my bed and turn out the light
I close my eyes and drift into the night
When I'm tucked in I go on a trip
As if I'm sailing on a big cruise ship
When I close my eyes I leave my behind my day
And fly to places far away

First, I'm in the clouds, gleaming white
Look! A monster, I shudder with fright

I hear a bang and my head feels sore
I open my eyes and see my bedroom floor!
I'm in my room back at home
There's my desk and there's my comb!

I go flying every night
And come home in the morning light
