A horrid, horrific disgusting thing
It leaves my throat with a painful sting
I force it down, down like the hero I am
And its all thanks to my best friend Sam
I gag and choke, God it’s foul
It makes even the strongest dogs howl
I finally swallow with a look that could kill
I wish I took that stupid pill
I jump out of bed, and run down the hall
Please mum, please no more
