Happy Day My Brother!

You can be annoying, or act like you don’t care.
But I know that you listen, to what I have to share.

You may tell me what to do, and whether I am right.
But you’re just looking out for me, like a good brother might.

You may get into trouble, or even just in strife,
But I know that you set a good example of what not to do in life.

You and I sometimes don’t get on too well,
But I will miss you if you leave home and also say farewell.

You are the only brother that I want or need.
But I am glad that you’re MY brother, so have a happy day indeed.
