Seagulls flying low to the ground swooping me
Sandcastles tall and strong like million dollar mansions
Waves crashing gracefully against the shore like children doing ballet
The ice-cream truck jingling down the beach like a marching band in a parade
Floating fresh air like stars floating in the night sky
Children swimming and snorkelling along the barrier
Salty wet sea water as a calm as a baby sleeping
Thin white sunburn cream as smooth as soap
Soft sand falling through my hands like golden syrup falling off a spoon
Smooth sea shells sitting by the sea
Happy and free I swim.
