The river flows like life
It seems to go on forever
It bends left and right
Slowly or quickly flowing
Changing every day
When it meets the sea
It gets lost in the crashing waves
All the time it keeps moving
But never to be seen again
New life flows through the veins of our earth
Though all have the same fate
To end up lost in our vast oceans
They are no longer guided by the river banks
But lost until the end of time.
